The room was clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. One thing that I enjoyed very much was the shower. After a long day out, coming back to the room and hit the shower was the best feeling ever! the water temperature and pressure was just perfect. The bed comfort cannot be beat! I took the advantage to use the gym. The gym are well maintained and all equipment are in good condition. The buffet breakfast served local and international cuisine, it’s not much but enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Walkable to the nearest malls and cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent property and very convenient to get around. Overall, I had a great experience with the Ascott BGC, staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to have any celebration.

Our suite had a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, toasted, water heater with tea and sugar, and a nespresso machine. Full size refrigerator and washer and dryer. Super convenient. All the while I thought room cleaning is only 3x a week and with an exception for Sunday and holidays. But the cleaning lady always stops by to check if we needed our room cleaned. Most of the time we just really needed our trash to be collected. Breakfast options were great. I loved that they change selections daily. 1 day I was able to eat Danggit (small dried fish). Coffee was also good. The location is superb just across One Bonifacio high street mall. And other malls and restaurants closeby. The staff are great. Always welcoming us with a smile.

Ascott was a nice surprise. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and got upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Thank you Ascott. We are a family of 5 and we were definitely comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. The kitchen was well equipped, which also includes a washer and dryer. The breakfast was excellent, great variety of food. Very convenient location. We walked to the nearby mall and restaurants. The pool was small but our boys enjoyed their morning swims. Would definitely stay here again or will try their other location in Makati.

This is an excellent hotel in BGC! We love the Ascott hotel chain and this location did not disappoint. It is located in a prime location and all of the staff is top notch. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful and had the most comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed here longer! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food to choose from and everything looked fresh.

Big and comfortable bed. Tv has plenty of channels. There's a bathtub. Spacious living room and complimentary Nespresso. There's also kitchen and purified water in gallon. Good location. Great service staff. Gym has complete equipment. Good choice of drinks for breakfast. Monday breakfast has better food than on a Sunday (more fruits, more choices).
